I have received only the best of service from APM. They provide both permanent management of my multi-units and tenant procurement service for my single condo unit. My multi-units are both financially sound yearly and physically in great condition, thanks to sound tenant selection, solid accounting ( including budgeting and accounts payable) and capital improvements done with forthought.
